    4. We Establish Commercial Agreement with Client
    5. Client Pays 100% IssuanceFees
    6. Bank Issues Trade Instrument to Advising Bank (Exporter’s Bank)
    7. We Follow Up with Client to ensure Delivery of Goods and Buyer Payment

    Exporter

    * Exporter is a middle-man with NO PRODUCT in hand or no inventory.

    * Exporter is a middle-man with NO ACCESS to cash or no ability to bring supplier products to Port.

    * Exporter is a middle-man with NO CONTRACT in place with a reputable Buyer.

    Importer

    * Importer has a track record / history with both their buyers and exporters.

    * Importer has sufficient cash reserves and access to a bank facility.

    * Importer has a Contract in place with a reputable Buyer.

    Exporter

    * Exporter has ownership of product or existing inventory in warehouse.

    * Exporter has access to cash or working capital to cover bringing product to Port.

    * Exporter has a commercial Contract in place with a reputable Buyer.
